The quality of education has long become a boiling issue for many individuals and organizations concerned. As in higher education, the lecturer’s instruction plays a decisive role, the Ministry of Education and Training requires higher education institutions to shift their current teaching activities to the credit-based training system, which inevitably involves the innovated learner-centered teaching approach.
