Results: mean age was 57.4 ± 16.1; male/female = 1/1.3; 95.3% cholecystitis with gallstones; 100% of chronic cholecystitis had gallstones, gallstones stuck in gallbladder neck accounted for 18.7%; gallbladder wall thickening accounts for 67.2%, in acute cholecystitis, this rate accounts for 90%; Sono-Murphy (+) accounted for 67.2%; in the group of patients with acute cholecystitis, this sign accounts for 95%. Peri-gall bladder fluid accounts for 60% of acute cholecystitis.
