Abstract

Human resources in logistics play a particularly important role in the national logistics system, determining the development and competitiveness of the logistics industry and the economy. In recent years, universities in Vietnam have focused on the training quality of human resources to meet the increasingly high requirements of the logistics industry, but there are bottlenecks that need to be tackled. This article clarifies the situation of training in of human resources in logistics in universities in Vietnam, thereby suggesting solutions to improve the quality of the training at universities.
