Abstract

Exemption of criminal liability is a humanity provision of in Vietnam criminal law,
actached to and has the same basic with criminal liability. Through studying about the
provision of criminal liability exemption, to combine with practice, the author has anlyzed and cleared some problems, including:
- The first, the conception of criminal liability exemption.
- The second, features of criminal liability exemption.
- And the third, cases of criminal liability exemption in Vietnam criminal Code of 1999.
Through those analization, the author conclusion and has propose to perfect provision
of the provision criminal liability exemption in present Vietnam criminal Code of 1999.
