Abstract

The contents of this article covers clarification of issues relating to the causes of formation, the nature , characteristics and types of legal disputes between a company and its members and among members . This clarification aims at complementing and contributing to the improvement of theoretical basis for identifying such legal disputes. This article also clarifies the specific characteristics of a type of legal dispute in the commercial business sector which is presented in the connection with the establishment and implementation of a company's operations
