Main Article Content
Abstract
This study examines White-Collar Crime and development trends in Vietnam. The theory of planned behaviour was applied in this research to find out the influences of three factors on the criminal decisionmaking process and situational factors that influence that process. These influences include: attitude, subjective norm and perceived behavioural control. It also examines why certain individuals engage in criminal behaviours, thereby helping policymakers develop effective preventive measures.
