Abstract

This article focuses on analyzing legal provisions on real estate tax in the Russian Federation, including taxes on real estate ownership, real estate transfer... Based on that analysis, the article points out the similarities and differences between the real estate tax laws of Russia and Vietnam. Then, the author draws on some experiences to improve the law in this field in Vietnam.
