Abstract

Labor disputes are a socio-economic phenomenon and have become a complex issue for every economy, including Vietnam. Resolving labor disputes is an essential requirement in the labor process. An investigation of Chinese legal provisions on resolving labor disputes through arbitration (which is a legal system relatively similar to Vietnam in terms of origins, history, and culture) serves as a basis for improving Vietnamese law to protect the rights of workers in case of disputes, aiming to develop a good litigation system.
