Abstract

 This paper focuses on analyzing and clarifying the theoretical basis for the development of enterprises in universities and its relationship with university governance in Vietnam. The status of enterprise development in the universities was also studied. On this basis, the paper provides recommendations to accelerate the university governance reform in the era of the fourth industrial revolution in higher education.
