Abstract

The right to protect the integrity of a work (right of integrity) is one of the frequently controversial subjects, both theoretically and practically, under the field of copyright. Determining the basis of this right can contribute to the formulation of the content of such right of integrity and assist in solving more or less related confusion. This article aims to determine that basis and the accompanying legal consequences based on the provisions of current law, along with comparative perspectives with foreign law.
