Abstract

The study of 98 patients reveals: an average age of 70.36 ± 8.88 years. Youngest age: 46 years, oldest age: 90 years. The age group 71-80 years accounts for the highest proportion: 41.8%. The imaging characteristics of prostate cancer on Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI): the size of tumors ranging from 10 to 15mm comprises the largest proportion: 22.4%, unclear margin 20.4%, diameter from >25mm: 14.3%, and diameter >20-25mm lowest: 11%. On T2-weighted images: 84.7% of lesions exhibit decreased signal intensity, 9.2% display mixed signal intensity, and 6.1% demonstrate increased signal intensity. On T1-weighted images: 93% of lesions show isointense signal, 4.1% demonstrate increased signal intensity, and 3.1% exhibit decreased signal intensity. On DWI: 86% of lesions show increased signal on B1000 and decreased signal on ADC. 100% of lesions exhibit contrast enhancement, with 66.3% showing heterogeneous enhancement, 14.3% demonstrating homogeneous enhancement, and 19.4% displaying poor enhancement. The highest proportion of prostate cancer at stage T3b is 38.8%. Non-invasive:37,8%. Prostate cancer at stage T3, T3a: 3.1%, prostate cancer at stage T4: 17,3%. Pirads 5: 100% are prostate cancer, Pirads 4 is 93.5%. In the Pirads 3 group: 37.9% are Prostate cancer and 62.1% are benign
