Theoretical Issues on Sustainable Development and Green Economy in Vietnam Do Phu Hai

Abstract

The research clarifies the similarity and difference, universality and specificity among the theories of sustainable development and green growth, green economy and climate change responses. The research defines green policy instruments in public policy planning, policy formulation, and policy implementation to achieve sustainable development goals. There is a need of a new research program on green policy instruments in different sectors for the achievement of sustainable development in Vietnam.
