Implementing National Technological Absorptive Capacity Framework to Motivate High Technology Application in Bac Kan’s Agricultural Production

Abstract

The application of high technology in agricultural production plays an important role in developing agriculture, promoting economic growth, minimizing natural resources depletion, reducing environmental pollution and creating high quality and competitive products for the market. However, this application is facing a number of difficulties. This article analyzes the national technological absorptive capacity and the difficulties in applying high-tech in agricultural production in Bac Kan province and proposes criteria for applying the national technological absorptive capacity framework in agricultural production in Bac Kan.
