Abstract

Based on analyzing the contents and forms of 11 block documents which having date
since 14th century in the H a T a y Province, the author presents comments on the social- economy changes in this province under the Tran dynasty. According to this research, the development of small-farmer economy and the strengthening of the influence of the small and medium owners (including rich farmers) was popular trend. This is certain change of the agr icultural economy regions, which prematurely developed because of pressure of population. The presences of these economic influences (in term of both identification and the scope of ownership) both reflect theừ role in the villages and represent then' self- assertion before the influences o f the patrician circle.
