The author presents some theoretical views about the concept and classifying

By cm ph uaizing thut the legal relation is the legal form of social relation, the author has recognized that beside the particular legal relation it also remains the common legal relation. The author also confirms that in the recent years, the common legal relation brings into play its effect in State of law, in which State and its civil have mutual rosponsible relation.
