Some Solutions for Business Ethics Education in Small and Medium Enterprises in Hanoi

Abstract

This paper presents six solutions for improving the effectiveness of business ethics education (BEE) in small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Hanoi based on the results of the analysis of relevant theoretical issues and survey of the status of BEE in SMEs in Hanoi. The proposed solutions are all aimed at improving the quality and efficiency of BEE in SMEs in Hanoi. These comprehensive solutions are built based on two approaches to BEE in SMEs, namely the goal-based approach and the function-based approach. The results of piloting the proposed solutions show that there is a positive and very strong correlation between the necessity and the feasibility of the solutions.
