Requirements of the 4.0 Labor Market: Adaptation Mechanisms for Vietnamese Higher Education

Abstract

Abstract: Through the results of the survey with 1907 graduates and 573 employers of different fields, this paper describes the current situation of the requirements of the Vietnamese labor market and the ability to respond from the higher education institutions. Based on the analysis of domestic education policies, we recognize some challenges and suggest solutions for the universities to promptly adjust and adapt to the new context of the fourth industrial revolution.
