Abstract

The question of power organization is in the forefront of agenda for many studies since
sociologywas founded. Along with the social development researchers have show variety in the approach to this issue, including essays of Weber, Dahl, Emerson, Crozier that are famous. Question of power, according to French researchers, is showed up in the new face in a post-modern society in which power is not exerted with physical (bodily) measures, but with spirtual (metal) ones. In other words power become invisible. It is the problem that we want to discuss in this article. In the first part we try to present different approaches in studying power, whilst second part, will be devoted for analyzing the manifestation of the power in management. The article also provides initial reviews on power relations that exist in management of the organizations in the context of economic transition in Vietnam.
