Abstract

As far as modern views on teaching and learning are concerned, the purpose and also
the nature of the process of leaching and learning, especially at tertiary level, is to help the learner develop his/her ability of self-study as well as to inspire and motivate* the learner to self-study.Pedagogy is one o f the important subjects in the field of educational sciences. It helps to form the educational cu ltu ra l basis in students who w i l l become teachers in the future. However, the subject has actually not accomplished this function due to some limitations in teaching methods.In this article, an important approach to improving the quality of teaching and learning pedagogy in the direction of the modern views on teachirig mentioned above is addressed. That is, themes - based teaching and learning pedagogy in different form in order to highly motivate the learner's activeness.
